Internship description: A global service company is looking for an intern to expand their customer base in Germany and India, and to further sales activities. This company emphasizes promoting a positive work-life balance as one of their company goals. The company is looking for committed students who would like to develop their skills by gaining experience in sales and customer service.

Your responsibilities: Your job is to support the team in marketing and selling e-commerce solutions through customer service and maintaining customer data in CRM. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, identifying their needs and communicating them to the team.  In addition, you will also be active in supporting essential aspects of everyday business.

Requirements:

• A degree in business computer science, industrial engineering, economics or equivalent education
• Fluent in English and German
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in business topics and working in an IT environment
•  Enjoy working directly with customers
• Willingness to travel
• Flexibility

Compensation: ca. 25.000 INR (ca. 360 €), accommodation included

Internship duration: 6 months or longer

Beginning of internship: Immediately
