Application Process
VIBE Internships organizes internships in Indian companies in a multi-stage process.
Application
After contacting us, please apply online by filling out the application form and submitting the following documents in English:
- Cover letter
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- University degree and/or list of grades
- English language certificate*
- Additional certificates, letters of recommendation (if available) etc.
Please supply all documents in English as they will also be forwarded onto our Indian partners. If you are unable to provide any documents in English from your university, please provide us with the German version as well as a translation.
Searching for an internship
Once the application has been received, you will obtain a confirmation letter asking you to pay the registration fee of €90. Having received the payment, VIBE Internships will immediately start searching for an appropriate internship with our Indian partner companies, matching your profile and your preferences. When we find appropriate positions, we will forward your application to the companies for consideration. Please note that you might be asked to conduct a telephone interview with your potential employer.
Our money-back-guarantee: in case we do not succeed in finding a suitable internship for you, we will refund the registration fee of €90.
Internship Offer
We will do our best to find an appropriate position that corresponds to your preferences stated in your application form. Please note that you might be asked to send us some additional documents/certificates or to have a telephone interview with your potential employer.
Final Decision
If the offered internship meets your expectations, you will then pay the remaining fee of €400.
Important: Finding an internship in India is a process that needs time. Please plan for 4 to 6 months lead time (i.e. from receiving your complete application/ receiving your application fee to the beginning of your internship).
* For a successful application the candidate must possess English language skills graded at European Council Level B2. Alternatively, applicants can prove their language skills by submitting a certificate in one of the following equivalent exams: Unicert II, TOEFL, Cambridge or provide confirmation of a stay abroad with English as a communication language (e.g. an internship).
